We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth integration of new hires and maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Input, update, and manage incoming data accurately.
- Verify, update, and correct data where necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and manage databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
Onboarding:
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Assist new hires with completing necessary paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monitor new hires' progress during the onboarding period and provide support as needed.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
